Sarah grew up with a knack for telling stories. Throughout art school she approached her work with narrative in mind, which led her to focus on figurative study. Her interests in sequential art forms such as, graphic novels, films, comics and animation have spanned from her youth through her adulthood. She felt the necessity to apply the visual aspect to her own stories; by writing her scripts and making her own comics.
This eventually led to her self publishing her original graphic novel: Coquette Asleep in the Poppies, as well as her collaborative children’s book: Here & There.
Her love of film, creating comics, and knowledge of drawing the human figure led her to Story Art. Story art is the perfect combination of her skills allowing her to contribute to the visual execution of a narrative. She loves to collaborate and looks forward to making projects with a team.
